Our direct client is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager with manufacturing experience for a permanent position.

No third pary vendors please.

Responsibilities Including the following:

* Business analysis

* Project management
* Develop issue or risk assessment and options for resolution
* Collaborate and negotiate to define project scope boundaries
* Requirements gathering and conduct interviews and/or sessions to define, document, and prioritize business requirements
* Develop or refine business processes and process flow diagrams
* Provide effective communication on project status and progress
* Overall management and documentation of issues/risks and resolution
* Use of standard methodologies: SDLC, Agile, Waterfall.
* Ability to work with an aggressive timelines

* Ability to manage and take ownership of work with limited guidance
* Highly skilled at meeting deadlines with high quality results
* Act as liaison between IT and Business
* Excellent oral and written communication skills

This position will require 50% - 60% US travel.
